We will handle all insurance dealings for you as well as collection of payment. We accept Medicare assignment; they will cover 80% of the cost of your supplies and if you have a co-insurance plan they will cover the remaining 20%. We work with many Medicare Advantage plans, private insurance plans and we also accept cash sales.

We will accept any returns or exchanges within 30-days of your order date. If you have a defective item, we will ensure that it is replaced with no cost.

We provide FREE 2-3 day shipping. We do offer next-day air shipping, the cost for that is based upon the weight of the package. Our warehouse is located in Pennsylvania; many of our patients in the surrounding states get their orders the NEXT day.
